Our unique range of award winning mayonnaises and dressings are made using whole duck eggs laid on our open pasture farm in the Central Highlands of Victoria. Unique in using duck eggs, our mayonnaises are lighter and cleaner finishing than any comparable mayonnaises made with chicken eggs.
